We also work directly with developers of new technologies, offering practical solutions tailored to the needs of individual organizations, defining and understanding market dynamics and requirements and how they should be practically translated into strategic and operational plans to support commercialisation. This may be in the form of mentoring,
interim management or consultancy support.
