Our ‘health check’ is a tried and tested methodology that we have found to be particularly effective at helping companies to identify and address some of the common challenges of early-stage growth.
It takes an informed and holistic view of the entire business and applies a simple framework in a light-touch manner in order to identify pressure points, disconnects, and barriers to peak performance. We have found that this not only provides useful insights that can have an immediate impact on performance, but also provides management with a lasting structure and vocabulary for ongoing review and evaluation.
To date, we have used this tool to help early stage businesses prioritise areas for improvement and grow successfully, and to support projects within corporate entities. There is no reason why it could not be used for pre-investment audit purposes too.
