Developed a strategy and hierarchy of actions needed for business turnaround and growth

Subsequently assumed the role of interim CEO on a part-time basis (one day a week) in order to turn the business around and prepare it for merger or sale

Secured first-round funding from Angel and Institutional investors
- Recruited credible and reputable permanent senior management team
Outcome
The company was transformed into a viable ongoing concern. Two options for sale were identified, and the company prepared for sale. |
