Prior to joining Orion Innovations, Noel spent three years in a Senior Management role in a new energy technology company. Noel was responsible for business development and corporate management activities and played a key role in building this business.
Noel previously held senior positions in leading international consulting firms, A.T. Kearney, KPMG and Chem Systems. As a consultant, Noel served blue chip companies in the process industries and utilities sectors and earned a reputation for successfully securing and delivering large-scale and complex programs of work. Noel has worked in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and North America, managing sizeable teams on a broad range of projects. These have included the planning and delivery of multi-million dollar mergers, fundamental reengineering and reorganization of global organisations, business-turnaround, organisation change management and large-scale project management and recovery. Noel worked as a project engineer within the chemicals sector before entering into management consulting.
