Brtye Energy specialises in the design, implementation and operation of renewable energy and hydrogen energy systems including:
-
Feasibility studies for energy systems
-
Modelling, sizing, specification development for energy projects
-
Sensitivity analysis for energy systems
-
Design and integration of electrical systems
-
Design and implementation of monitoring and control systems
At the other end of the spectrum, Bryte Energy provides strategic advice on low-carbon energy systems and future energy markets, using its proprietary FESA (Future Energy Scenario Assessment) software model.
The Bryte Energy team were responsible for the design, implementation and management of the first integrated hydrogen and renewable energy demonstration system in the UK, (the Hydrogen and Renewable Integration (HARI) project), which has been operational since 2004. More recently, Bryte Energy was appointed to manage the project to install a hydrogen re-fuelling facility at Loughborough University, where ‘green’ hydrogen will be produced from a 2MW wind power (and other renewable sources) for use in fleets of vehicles being field-tested by Intelligent Energy, Cenex and others.
